UYBA may suspend or remove participants whose behaviour affects programme operations, participant safety or organisational standards.
Media Consent
Participation in UYBA programmes, camps, competitions, workshops, or events may involve photography, videography, and media documentation for educational, promotional, and reporting purposes. Unless communicated otherwise in writing prior to participation, consent shall be deemed to have been granted for the use of such photographs, videos and recordings.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to logos, programme structures, graphics, training materials, text, images, videos, illustrations, downloadable resources, software and digital content, is the intellectual property of UYBA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
